Puncak Jalil is a decent place to stay. The main access road will be ready early next year, and the approved flyover near SIRIM should take off next year. Seriously, where else can u buy a corner lot unit with 3700++ sf land area, which only takes 10-20 minutes drive to Subang Jaya, KL, PJ etc with price below RM300k ?? If u dont intend to move and wish to rent out, i have a friend wanting to rent this unit probably in early December. There u go - 2 options made available : stay with ur family or rent out to ready tenants. One thing for sure, its a great bargain!

'Whats with the low price?' surely u might ask. As i bought it with hard cash, i wont have to worry about loan penalty charges etc. But i did mention that it has good investment value, so y choose to sell? y not wait a little longer for some capital gain? I have two good reason, UK and KJ.

I'll be pursuing my Masters in UK next year n i rather sell the house than rent it and have tenants bugging me long distance (if i dont rent, i have to maintain the place which will be equally dreadful). Honestly, my first intention when buying this house was to start my family there, but that was before the baby came. Kelana Jaya (currently renting), seems the ideal choice rite now, closer to my in-laws (cum babysitter) in Tmn Tun. At least when both of us are working, the baby will be in safehands.

One more thing, u might notice my preference in Bumi buyer. I've called the developer and they have this quota thingy. Though not stated in the S&P, i won't take any chance.
